About Me
For our Senior Broker and one of our General Managers for New York, the key to success in real estate is maintaining a highly personalized, do-what-it-takes approach to client service backed by product fluency and a rock-solid commitment to integrity and transparency.
It’s a rule that has served Andrew Ambruoso well in a thriving career spanning over a decade. Senior Managing skills have been instrumental in maintaining the company’s dominance in its two original markets – notably helping the Manhattan team claim the top spot in The Real Deal’s annual brokerage rankings for three straight years.
Andrew came to the real estate business in 2008 after a decade of people management experience in the retail world. A celebrated team-builder, he has created a reputation as a champion of the working agent. Despite his many responsibilities, he never fails to make time for one-on-one coaching and mentoring.
In his role, he has cultivated a workplace where leaders in teams across the company are challenged to help agents reach their full potential as real estate professionals in an increasingly competitive environment – growing their client base, exceeding their sales goals, and leveraging the considerable power of the NY Liberty Services name.
A native New Yorker and a longtime Brooklynite, Andrew now lives on Manhattan’s Upper West Side and enjoys weekends on Long Island’s North Fork. A fitness devotee, an outdoors enthusiast, and a dedicated supporter of the arts, he graduated from Binghamton University with a double major in English and theatre. His hobbies are outdoor activities such as hiking and cycling. He also volunteers in animal shelters across the city.
